Fabrizio Del Rosso

Technical Director.  A product of the Empoli FC Academy, played in the first division Italian League, Seria A for Fiorentina, Messina, Cosenza, Catania, Prato, and Pisa.  As a head coach, led the Allievi Nazionali to victory in the Italian National Championships twice and overall is a three-time title holder.
 
 
 
 
Alessio Garofalo
Academy Fitness Coach. Trains the Empoli FC first division team as the Speed and Fitness coach.  Also a member of the FIGC coaching staff.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Massimo Giraldi
Assitant Technical Director.  Empoli FC Academy coach since 1995. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Lorenzo Fattori
Goalkeeping Coach.  Played professionally for Inter Milan and Fiorentina prior to becoming a member of the Empoli FC Academy coaching staff.
